Boulder, Colorado, December 1, 2011 – CytoLogic, Inc., a Colorado-based medical device company, today announced that David B. Goffredo was named advisor to the Company’s board of directors effective October 15, 2011.
Goffredo, 57, is the former president of Abbott Laboratories Pharmaceutical Products Division.
